Financing:
Jacksonville Cosmetic Surgery Center entered into an agreement with Care Credit to provide the financing for our patients. Care credit agrees to provide financing at a fixed interest rate of 14.9% once they approve our patients’ applications. The interest rate should stay fixed at 14.9% regardless of the credit rating of the applicants. Our patients can enter into a 60 months payment plan with no prepayment penalty. Once they received their package we advise our patients to read the entire term of their agreement with Care Credit. There is deep penalty if the payment is not received on time. Our patients can apply over the phone. The automatic phone application number is 1-800 859 9975. If the applicant needs to speak to a customer service at Care Credit, they can dial 1-800 677 0718. Our patients in Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach and Ponte Vedra can also apply on line. To do so you need to click on “Apply Now” and for Doctor’s name type Nezami in order to be able to take advantage of the 14.9% interest rate. This rate is reserved for those offices that agreed to pay a fee to Care Credit in order for their patients to receive the fixed 14.9% interest rate.
